General Contractor: Vanguard can provide a lump sum, fixed price quotation based on your architect's construction documents.
Construction Manager: Vanguard will team with you and the project architect to provide pre-construction services, accurate cost estimating, detailed scheduling, as well as timely and cost efficient completion of your project. This agreement results in a "seamless" union of team members, providing great economy to the owner and a condensed project schedule.
As a Design-Build General Contractor Vanguard is capable of serving as a single source of responsibility for designing, scheduling and assuring quality control for your project. This delivery method eliminates the need for multiple owner-issued contracts, providing greater cost economy.
