Our company has been involved with many health care projects for such clients as Scott & White HealthCare System, King's Daughters Hospital, Johns Community Hospital and Coryell Memorial Hospital. Projects have included an entire spectrum of small interior finish outs to major additions and renovations. We have provided new or upgraded facilities to Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Psychiatry, Radiology and Emergency Room physicians.
Seventy-five percent (75%) of all healthcare construction involves expansion or renovation of existing facilities. Vanguard is keenly aware that it is critical that all possible steps be taken to ensure that a sterile environment be maintained during hospital construction projects. Vanguard plays a leading role in educating its personnel, subcontractors and other team members to avoid the spread of potentially harmful particles and contaminants. Vanguard implements a project specific infection control policy on each of our healthcare projects.
